ALEKOT lets you generate, customize and publish websites from a plain-language description. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

You're responsible for the account you create and for activity that happens under it.

The prompts you write and the sites you generate belong to you. You grant ALEKOT the permissions needed to generate, host and publish those sites on your behalf.

You're responsible for ensuring your content and published sites comply with applicable laws and don't infringe the rights of others.

To keep the service safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to use it for the following.

• Publishing unlawful, harmful or infringing content
• Attempting to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service
• Misrepresenting others or impersonating people or organizations
• Using generated sites to deceive or defraud visitors

Generated design and copy are a starting point you can edit, regenerate and refine. You should review what's generated before you publish it.

Because output is produced from your description, results vary with the detail and clarity of what you provide.

Publishing takes your site live on an ALEKOT address or a domain you connect. You're responsible for the domains you connect and for having the right to use them.

Hosting and SSL for published sites are provided as part of the service.

Some features are available only on paid plans. Plan details and what each includes are described on the pricing page.

We may update or improve the service over time, and features may change as it evolves.

We work to keep the service and published sites available and performant, but the service is provided on an as-is basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

You can stop using the service and remove your sites at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where required to protect the service and its users.

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page so it reflects the current agreement for using the service.
