Your site and its data, handled with care.
A straightforward account of how information is stored, how long it's kept, who can reach it, and how it's protected - stated honestly, with no overclaiming.
What we store
The prompts you write, the content you generate, your site's settings, and the account details needed to publish and manage it.
How long we keep it
Your data is retained while your account and sites are active. When you remove a site or close your account, its data is scheduled for deletion.
Who can access it
Access is limited to your account and to authorized team members who need it to operate and support the service.
Protected in transit and at rest
Data moving between you and ALEKOT, and the data we store, are both encrypted.
- Connections are served over HTTPS, including every published site via SSL
- Stored data is encrypted at rest
- Certificates for published sites are provisioned and renewed automatically
Every published site gets SSL by default.
Stated as it stands today
We describe only where we are now. We don't claim certifications we don't hold.
- Security practices are built into how sites are hosted, served and published
- We list only the protections that are actually in place
- As our compliance position advances, this page will reflect it - accurately
